In the heart of Copenhagen, opening for the 3 Days of Design 2026, the new permanent installation of Prolicht in the hall of the Herman K hotel turns its attention to the atrium as a constructed void. The edges of the floor slabs, the horizontal walkways, the diagonal flights of stairs, the slender balustrade rods — these lines trace the hollow space without occupying it. What emerges is an architecture whose essential material is not concrete or steel alone, but the space held between them.

Here, the line becomes an act of definition. It gives contour to emptiness and transforms absence into form.

At Milan Design Week 2026, PROLICHT took part in several international collaborations, presenting lighting solutions across a range of architectural contexts—from a post-industrial site in central Milan to curated exhibition environments and a trade fair presence at Salone del Mobile.
The focus was on exploring how light can be conceived as an integral part of architecture: precise, flexible, and atmospherically effective.

Light + Building 2026 marked a great success for PROLICHT. With approximately 9,500 visitors from all over the world, the stand became a central meeting point for architects, lighting designers and decision-makers from the international design community.
