PLUQ IN is PROLICHT’s new modular 3-in-1 system that unites lighting, power distribution and acoustic comfort in one visibly designed architectural solution. Developed by the Swiss design studio ZweGiele, PLUQ IN transforms spiral cables, plug connectors and industrial details into bold design elements that are not hidden, but proudly exposed. Wherever light is installed, power becomes available—flexible, modular, and visible.
A Hybrid Infrastructure: Beyond Light
PLUQ IN merges lighting, energy and acoustics into a new architectural system:
- Lighting: A 1400 mm LED module delivers efficient, glare-free illumination, with optics available for general or task-oriented lighting. Optional indirect light adds soft ceiling illumination and creates a more atmospheric spatial experience.
- Power Distribution: Available with EU or CH plug standards, PLUQ IN brings power exactly where light is installed—independent of fixed wall outlets. Integrated sockets allow adaptable layouts and direct device connections.
- Acoustic Performance: Large-scale 1800 × 560 mm acoustic panels reduce reverberation and create acoustic calm in open spaces. Their three-dimensional texture adds visual depth across diverse architectural environments.
